Introduction

Ca-coated microspheres are an expanded microsphere coated with nanometer calcium carbonate, which is a free-flowing, agglomerate-free and powder-like material. Unlike most other polymeric microspheres, this product is not an explosion hazard and less dusting.

Ca-coated Microspheres have shown utility in a variety of end uses, including plastics, coatings and adhesives, reducing product weight and lower volume costs by extending or displacing more costly resins.
